LoginThis fine-gauge stockinette-stitch hat shows any yarn with subtle, rich colorplay to best effect. Here, a tweedy Shaniko wool base dyed by Megan Granger of Megs & Co shines in a deep, saturated colorway with gentle hand-dyed undulations. Knitted from the bottom up, the hat begins with a stockinette brim that is folded to the inside, creating a doubled fabric to keep ears cozy and warm.
