LoginThis shawl is worked back and forth in rows from the center neck down and outward. A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
MATERIALS
Yarn Manos del Uruguay Milo (65% Merino wool, 35% linen; 380 yd [347 m]/3½ oz [100 g]; sportweight): #i2149 petal, 3 skeins. Yarn distributed by Fairmount Fibers.
Needles Size 7 (4.5 mm): 32" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); 512 size 6° (4 mm) seed beads (optional); size 10 (0.75 mm) steel crochet hook (optional, for placing beads); tapestry needle; blocking pins.
Gauge 18 sts and 25½ rows = 4" in lace patt.
Finished Size 31" tall and 74" wide.
