MATERIALS
Yarn Swans Island Natural Colors Merino Fingering (100% organic Merino; 525 yd [480 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): logwood, 1 skein.
Needle Size Size 1½ (2.5 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Stitch markers (m); cable needle (cn); stitch holder; tapestry needle.
Gauge 32 sts and 46 rnds = 4" in St st; 40 sts and 46 rnds = 4" in Broken Rib patt.
Finished Size 7 (8, 8¾)" foot circumference; foot length is adjustable; 9" from top of cuff to bottom of heel. Socks shown measure 8".
