The original version of this hat used handcarded, handspun yarn, naturally dyed with brilliant turmeric. The breed-specific-yarn company Solitude Wool serves this wool for spinners in their Montadale True Woolen yarn. Create the texture of this hat as you work in the round using simple combinations of knit and purl.
