LoginAs a yarn store owner, Jenny Monteleone sees a lot of yarn. There are plenty of yarns she likes, but she especially loves self-striping, color-shifting yarn. “It actually tells a story as you go forward,” she says.
One of her favorite things is to help customers in her store or in the Feederbrook Farm booth choose colors for a new project. Although knitters are drawn in by the spectacular colors, trying to choose yarn for a project can be more challenging than expected. What’s the best way to combine two different colorways or pair a self-striping yarn with a solid? If you weren’t born with color confidence, can you learn to make smart choices? Jenny can’t wait to help you think outside your knitting box.
“I would really love to explore color with you and help teach you how to make a confident decision.”
